I had a brilliant idea the other day.
What if we made T-Shirts for the amazing open category and just to be awesomely cool?
They could read anything from "Heed the Prophecies" to straightway "Silvertree" and we could put the website on the back or something. I have a feeling that WTB would offer huge points for all who buy a shirt and I think it'd be really cool too.
The only problem is...I stink at designing fashion...and especially on the online things.
If someone would like to help out with this that would be AWESOME. I think it's a cool idea :)

I love the idea! How would we make them, that is, would we buy them from a company and have them put the logo (whatever it is) on it?

Awesome! I'd had the passing thought of t-shirts, but didn't follow up because I wasn't sure how to make it work.
I think, if we wanted to purchase shirts from a company that does the screenprinting, we'd have to buy a whole bunch. I don't know what it would cost, but I'm thinking it would be somewhere in the neighborhood of $5 - $15 per shirt. But I also think that it would be worth lots of points.
As for a design... I think it should be about CotSK, not our tribe, because the book will last longer than the tribe, and if it was about the book, I think it would get more points.
Perhaps, like Keeneye said, 'Heed the prophecies' as text, or 'Curse of the Spider King', or 'beware of spiders'... and as a graphic, perhaps a spider? Maybe the shirt would be black, with the design and text in yellow and green - like the book cover.
On the back, maybe the book's website and the authors' names?
Just a bunch of brainstorming... =P
I've been searching sites, and it looks like making t-shirts is going to be pretty expensive. I'm not sure how much ya'll are willing to shell out for this...
Each shirt costs a minimum of $10.
And the designs wouldn't be stunning, either, just normal text and stuff.

And yeah...I'm thinking 15 buck shirts are the way to go. There's a bunch of sites, Customink, etc. That allow you to design them. I think it'd be cool to have a shirt with some phrase on the front (even EAV would work) and then the website above WTB CH would be cool lol

i would love to my dad owns a huge printing buisness and he can have desighns made and you know put on T -shirts and probs for free since im *of course...his amazing daughter!** hahhaha

Celeb, yup...that's what I was thinking. I like it :) I say let's go for it.
WTB still hasn't emailed me back, so I assume he hasn't read it yet, but we can still get to work. You can all design one if you'd like, or we could decide on one person. I say you all design one and then we'll choose the best of 'em.

We don't NEED graphics though, and that typically makes stuff more expensive ::shrugs::
